Beautifully handcrafted Sacred Heart medal is made of sterling silver .925 and 14 karat yellow gold (Sacred Heart). Medal weighs 5.40 grams and measures 1.40" (top to bottom, including the bail) x 1.00" left to right. Features hand engraved details. Bail will fit up to a 6mm chain or necklace with lobster clasp (if your chain has a box clasp, you will need a larger bail). Marked 925 14K.
